the gym had great equipment i saw several treadmills plus a wide selection of weights the breakfast buffet was amazing it included a huge selection of fresh fruits plus several pastries i also enjoyed a smoothie

the elevator was slow a few times it took a while to get to my floor i had to wait

disappointing aspects marred the stay

hidden fee small room

the hotel advertised having two swimming pools. i was shocked to find the hotel charges guests for using them. the standard room felt small. we walked far from the lifts to reach the room.

the hotel decor was fine it felt very modern and clean i found the location to be ideal too it was within easy walking distance to many attractions it felt a little set back so it wasn't as busy as the center

the lifts were a little confusing to operate there was no clear guidance for first time users it would have been helpful to have some instructions provided upon arrival

unfriendly employee inconsistent service

the breakfast was acceptable.

The room lacked essential amenities like a proper desk , it affected my ability to work comfortably. i also encountered issues with the reception staff. One employee was unfriendly when i inquired about my reservation. this lack of consistent service was disappointing for a hotel of this supposed calibre.

intricate details warm staff gentle touch

i appreciated the hotel's decor. It reminded me of stepping back in time with a gentle touch. The intricate details and restored wall paintings created an atmosphere i adored. The friendly staff added a layer of warmth i won't soon forget.

i encountered an issue with luggage handling. The stairs at the front entrance posed a challenge with a heavy suitcase. More proactive assistance with luggage would be a welcome change.

I wasn't thrilled with this place. it took forever to get coffee at breakfast. i timed it. It was nine minutes. also, the standard room felt quite small. it looked out onto a wall of windows. i think they could improve the dining and room options a bit.
